Ambient Heating & Cooling offers annual Preventative Maintenance Agreements to help keep your HVAC system running at its peak performance and to help ensure your home and family are comfortable year round. Some of the benefits of having an agreement are:

The Preventative Maintenance Agreement from Ambient Heating & Cooling includes:
- Bi-Annual seasonal inspections in the Spring and Fall
- Complete 23-point inspection and routine maintenance to prolong the life
of the equipment - Bi-Annually replace/clean filters
- Post-inspection review with homeowner to inform them of the condition
of their HVAC system - Never pay for a service call when you have Ambient’s Blue Ribbon service
- 15% off all parts when they are made on specified equipment
- Friendly and Knowledgeable technicians will perform all maintenance
* Preventative maintenance is required by most manufacturers to maintain the warranty on your equipment. This is not a guarantee that your system will operate without any future repairs. Any required repairs beyond those provided in this agreement will be brought to your attention and will be billed separately. Payment will be due upon receipt of repair invoice.
The maintenance covered by a service agreement will be scheduled during Ambient Heating & Cooling’s normal business hours, which are Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm, with the exception of holidays.
